At PrimeCraftWorld, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A full/partial refund (depending on the situation)

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Please note:

Refunds are not applicable for incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of placing the order.
